Delete your VBike Riders account

You can request permanent deletion of your VBike Riders account and the personal data associated with it, even if you no longer have the app installed.

How to request deletion

1. Use the button below to email the VBike Riders support team.
2. Include the name, mobile number and email address registered with your account.
3. We may contact you using your registered details to verify that the request is yours.

Do not send your OTP, password, Aadhaar number or payment-card details.

If the button does not open your email app, write to support@vbikeriders.com with the subject “VBike Riders account deletion request”.

Data that will be deleted

After verification and completion of any active rental obligations, we will delete or irreversibly anonymise your account profile, contact details, application information, saved addresses, uploaded KYC copies, device tokens and support information that is no longer required.

Data that may be retained

Transaction, invoice, payment, rental, safety, fraud-prevention and dispute records may be retained only where required by applicable law or for an unresolved legal obligation. Retained records are restricted from ordinary account use and deleted when the applicable retention period ends.

Processing time

We will acknowledge your request and normally complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days. We will tell you if an active rental, unpaid balance, legal requirement or unresolved dispute must be closed first.
